The hotel was in good place near to attraction in the middle you can walk to sultan ahmed and ayasofiya and eminunu The hotel need some easy renovation to be perfct also be carful from near by travel agency they twist word to scam yoy

Stay was good. Breakfast was okay. They could have added some fresh fruit juices. There were not many choices on the menu. The staff was very kind, polite, and friendly. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Late check in available We checked in at 2:00am They provide with good breakfast. I like this hotel Rooms are a little bit older, and bed should be cleaned.

The location is great. Hotel entrance is right at the tramway rails. The staff is nice. I usually give a one rating above average because I'm not picky. The hotel is fair. Not clean enough, everything is old, the windows have enough space around them that cold air is coming in. But, at least there was an air conditioner that warmed the room. It is pricey for what you get, unfortunately.

the Location is very close to serkeci tram line and Marmmary train which makes it ideal for people who wants to shop around. Generally my experience was fair. the rooms where small even for 2 individuals. The internet service was bad it kept on getting disconnected every now and then plus it's very slow, they gave us old towels in which you can see threads are coming out. in terms of quietness you will keep on hearing the tram whenever it passes (might be annoying for some),i found out that our bathroom window was broken hence it kept on getting cold and we are in winter times. they only gave us one comforter for me and my mother which meant that only one of us can get the comforter while the other has to manage with the thin bedsheets. the breakfast is very basic and nothing fancy. and the elevator is very small 2 people max can manage to fit in

Nice guys at reception.The young guy helped us getting transfer to Airport. I recomment transfer to Airport organised by this hotel. Good Taxi driver ?
