Its location is amazing There is no reception at night and the main door of the hotel only opens by card so in case u forgot ur card u cant enter the hotel!!!!

Property is new, modern. Very close from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, there’s also a tram station nearby, so you can get to the other landmarks by train

The staff are so polite, kind, and helpful, especially the reception team. Mr. Yasin and another gentleman (whose name I didn’t catch) were very supportive — he kindly assisted us in changing our rooms to be next to each other. Mr. Yasin also welcomed us warmly and made our family stay (and departure) smoother with his polite and supportive attitude. We really appreciated the hospitality Two things that I think, if improved, would make a great difference: 1) Cleaning under the bed — I know most people don’t look under the bed, but it would be better if this area is included in the cleaning routine as there is accumulated dust there. 2) The window could be upgraded to PVC or double-glazed glass to reduce the street noise, especially with the tram passing nearby

The location is good. The rooms are so small and hard to move around. The location where transportation cannot deliver us directly in front of the hotel is not ideal. Waiting area is so tiny and tight.

Excellent location if you want to visit Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace or Basilica Cistern. Very close to tramway station, stores and restaurants. Shower floor slippery and no safety grabbing bars

Convenient location, friendliest reception staff, courteous, respectful No chair in the room, no room to room calling, breakfast options could be available since hotel owns 6 more( even with paying extra)

Hotel is at perfect location, with many restaurants minutes from front door; and close to public transport. Room has good quality linen & towels. Our room was not street facing, so was very at night. Front desk was always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. No complaints about this hotel.
