I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything and very convenient. What really made the difference, though, was the exceptional service. A big thank you to Cevdet Bey and Ayhan Bey, who were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. It is in walking distance to all major attractions (if you like longer walks, which we do). Friendly and helpful staff. While the hotel is nice, the area around it appears somewhat rundown, and dirty. There is an "unattractive" canal running by the property with a lot of seagulls hanging around making the street unappealing. However, regular street cleaning could solve this problem.

Location I stayed at this hotel for one night and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The room was not clean upon arrival, and it was extremely noisy — the tram passes right below the window and it felt like the whole room was shaking. Basic personal items like shampoo or a toothbrush were not provided in the room, which I expected to be included. During my shower, the water suddenly stopped and I was simply told to wait, without any clear solution or apology. The breakfast was also underwhelming, with very limited variety and low-quality food. However, overall, I don’t recommend this hotel at this price point — there are definitely better options available in Istanbul for the same cost.

I liked the location , they offer private car for airport transportations, the staff are really friendly Mr. Ayhan is really helpful. The bathroom , the curtains is too old and not blackout

The location is just AMAZING ! If you want to stay at the very best city centre location you are right ! Those noise sensitive please bear in mind, you are in the very city centre where there are trums, traffic and happy people in the streets

The stay at the VIVA Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the breakfast in the morning was very plentiful and delicious, providing a great start to the day. In my opinion, it's a perfect hotel in the city center, offering many options and being close to many shops. I recommend everyone to visit the VIVA Hotel ?
