Great location, within walking distance of almost all the main tourist attractions and the Grand Bazaar. The breakfasts were amazing, and the staff were very nice, polite, and always willing to help. The bathroom was nice and clean, but I wish the layout had been better designed. The positioning of the sink, toilet, and shower made it feel a bit cramped and less convenient than it could have been.

Perfect location. Short Walking distance to Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Excellent breakfast Staff very professional and helpful. Needed boat tour and transpiration to airport and booking was done with no issues. Definitely will book again.

We were left without water twice—in the morning before we left—which made us late for some attractions schedule.

انصح وبشده هذا الفندق ، المكان ، الطاقم الرائع ، نظافه الغرف ، صغيرة نوعا ما لكن طلبت غرفتين مفتوحتين على بعض وكانت رحله عائلية جميلة. Nothing.

The tram ran right in front of the hotel. Access to numerous spas and restaurants.

Centrally located and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Taxis not allowed.

Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options. Very poor sound isolation — the hotel is located in the street with a rail way, so even with closed window it seems like you are sleeping inside moving train

Breakfast buffet was good. Upon check-in, the front desk was very aggressive in marketing various guided tours in Istanbul. The hotel is situated in a narrow alley where cars cannot park to drop-off or pickup passengers. We were told to walk around the corner and down the block with our luggage. When leaving the hotel, we had to walk through another building to get to our car and driver. Also, be aware that the hotel is located close to a mosque. Every morning we were awakened to the call for prayer blasted through an outside loudspeaker around 4:45 AM.

Excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Not only were they kind enough to check us in early, they helped us with many things and were just wonderful. The location was excellent, so convenient to many main sites. Lovely room and very clean. And did I mention the breakfast?! Wow! So delicious with an incredible view. Couldn’t ask for more!
