Check in at the main hotel - two seconds walk from the building. Staff were great on arrival and departure. The rooms were spotless and very nice - huge walk in showers. Location cannot be faulted - all the main sights a few minutes walk and, if needed, tram nearby. Breakfast was fair - on arrival we were told that if we wanted anything not on the buffet we could ask and they would cook but we were happy with what they had.

Location is awsome... Close to all attractions and minutes away from the tram... The junior suite is fantastic... Spacious and super clean with a huge balcony.... Staff was super efficient and very friendly Breakfast was tasty yet basic... Breakfast could be improved.. Offer menemen perhaps... Or omelets

Central location. Walking distance to major tourist sites within the Faith district. Polite welcoming staff who spoke English and assisted with luggage. Good communication with hotel. Requests made were fulfilled. Choice of many restaurants within immediate neighborhood. Smelling fresh baked bread in the morning from next door bakery. Large room with balcony and view of lively street below offering much to see. Quiet room. Was woken up at 3:00am in the morning by someone trying to get into the room on first night despite the room being the only one on the top floor. Reception staff located in another building down the street. Inadequate bed linen - no top sheet, just a light cotton blanket. Breakfast was averaged compared to other offerings within same price range. Difficult to get a taxi for pick up.

The walls are very dirty.... Tiles are in bad shape etc

Location! Location! Location! It's around the corner of all main sites. Staff are very helpful and attend to your needs. I stayed in a suite and it was fab! Especially the deco - my favourite colours and therefore, tastefully designed and decorated. They could improve their breakfast selection as it was the same every single day and quite mundane. Would have been nice to have a selection of basic pastries.

Small cosy room, great for short stays. The accommodation is in a town centre, so very close to restaurants and historic places. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room is above restaurants and bars. The music was very very loud until 11pm or midnight and I'm the person who can tolerate loud noises. Even everything else was quite good I wound not stay here again just because of noise.

The location is on a nice street. Here you can find a lot of restaurants with good food. ( Recommendation visit Constantine's Ark Restaurant & Cafe ? ) To much noise in the rooms from outside l.

I really love the room, 3001 suite very PERFECT!! All floor only for my room ? and the lady when i want to check in was give all the information very clear. Thank you...definetly i will back ? Breakfast only small option of meal but it was good. When i want to check out, i need help with my luggage to take to the taxi..but the helper come lately.

Location was good which is why I booked it. Only 5 -10 mins walk to the ferry port for boat excursions and same distance to the Blue Mosque and other historic attractions. Was not in the hotel itself, but in a separate annex. Breakfast was poor for Turkish hotel standards.
