نظيف ، مرتب الموقع غير جيد لايمكن وصول السيارات فيه ، توقعنا 3 أسرة منفصلة لايوجد ، المصعد صغير جدا لا بتحمل 3 أشخاص ب3 شنط صغيرة فطلبنا من الموظف ان يساعدنا ( نسبة لوصولنا من سفر ) فرفض مما استوجب انتظارنا للصعود فردا تلو الاخر،

As a first-time visitor to Istanbul, I was very happy with my stay at Flower Palace Hotel. The location was excellent and made it easy to reach the main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The receptionists were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable beds, as we upgraded from small room to big one the day we arrived (from double to triple) What i didn’t like is that there was not a trash bin in the room, only in the bathroom. We asked for it but the receptionist said that it is not possible. The walls are quite thin. There is no shower hose in the bathroom. There was no dryer or place to hang towels in our room and bathroom, but when we left we notificed that in other rooms they had dryer in the bathroom. And of course, be ready that it is really noisy

very central location. easy access to most important tourist sites and public transportation centers. except the airport. which is ridiculaously far away. by public transport 2 hours. private not much better but 10 times the price room was a bit small and they were stingy with coffee and tea. was on main street with major tram line which had to ding its bell all the time to get pedestrians out of the way.

Decent location, very close to the train station and to most famous places in Fatih. The stuff is very friendly.

Being in Old Town I had trouble getting there as there are no vehicles on the street. Had to walk a few blocks in pouring rain to get there Public transport on street under window Quite noisy

The location was amazing, in the center and close to everything. Very clean and had all you need.

The only downside was that some of the other guests were noisy and the inside walls are not that thick.

Staff Basic cleanliness For the rate the room is fine They don't provide toothpaste and brush. All other facilities are provided

It’s well located! The room was decent enough. And so was the bathroom. It’s a decent sized room, not very big but manageable. The staff could be smilier. :) And could be a little more helpful. I asked if there were English channels on their tv since i had already flipped through 100 channels and still everything was in Turkish. I think they had 240 channels. Guy just said “I don’t know. You have to just flip through all the channels”. Oh well. I guess you get what you pay for. :)

Only the location. The bathrooms are straight up disgusting—filthy with mold all over the shower and sink. I asked to switch rooms, and they showed me a couple of others that were just as bad. Offered to pay extra for an upgrade, but they claimed nothing better was available and "all rooms are the same." Yes, bathrooms were dirty in other rooms that I saw, too. Checked out the next morning, the receptionist offered "more options" they could've offered the night before. Too late—I'd already booked elsewhere. Impossible to stay in that kind of filth. Steer clear! I have kindly asked for a refund for the other 2 nights I was not staying, and it was denied. I sent an email with pictures, no answer. Even an apologize.
