Fantastic location. Spectacular staff. Especially Hamid. They bent over backward to make our stay the best possible!

Location and comfort

The room was very small for a family i will not recommended the (standard double room) still very small, we were me ,my wife and my 4 year daughter. And the picture on booking was different from the actual place.

No Aircondition in the room

1. The air conditioner in the room is broken, the local temperature is high, and it is too hot at night. 2. Opposite the hotel is an entertainment bar, and the noise will last until more than two o'clock in the morning at night. 3. Breakfast starts at eight o'clock, which is late, which affects travel.

Amazing location Uncomfortable mattress and bed was a bit tiny. Pillows are stuffed wool not really comfortable to sleep on. No shower gel provided

Location was very central to shops, restaurants, bazaars and mosques. Walking distance to all attractions. the bar across the street was loud until 2am every night and could not sleep it was so loud. The breakfast was basic eggs and toast and some vegetables. The staff were functional but not customer oriented.

Beautiful, clean hotel close to all the major attractions by foot or by metro, very friendly and helpful staffs especially Mr. Hamid also cleaning crews, breakfast crews and front desk crews . The hotel has good breakfast buffet with great coffee. My mother and I truly enjoyed our stay there. We had good room with balcony with good views . Thanks again to everyone. We definitely will be back. Nothing everything was great ☺️

We had a hick up when we arrived at Istanbul. Transportation we paid through Booking.com was not available nor no way of contacting the local company. I talked to Mohamad Fahmy through Booking.com. He took care of issue right away but again communication has always an issue...It was a good experience. Now about hotel. The area is one block into quiet road. If you are a minute away, you see hassling and bustling. Too many restaurants, YES I said too many. Grocery stores are nearby along with liquor store if you want to get some beer or so. Hotel stuffs are all nice and polite. Room is always clean, but bathroom amenity needs a little attention. Room is small as name of hotel "Le Petite Palace Hotel" but after more than a few days, we got a used it. Everything is walking distance. No need to ride T1 metro or bus. You can walk everywhere from this hotel and close enough to return take a shower and go out again. It was really convenient. So many beautiful mosques nearby Keep your head scarf and wear long skirt or pants. We not only walk all the spots at old town side but also we walked cross the bridge to go over Galata tower and Taksim... As I said it is walking distance unless you have issues. Their complimentary breakfast was good. It is pretty much same food every morning, but you have coffee, tee, juices and all kinds of bread and cheese. Processed meat, olives and fruits were available. nothing

Breakfast needs little improvement

Public transport connections are excellent and just a stone’s throw away, which makes getting around effortless. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I can highly recommend this hotel – you won’t regret staying here. It’s always a pleasure to return

Clean hotel, nice location, and friendly staff.

Amazing Hotel. Very stylish, clean and on brand. Brilliant staff and couldn’t ask for a better location. Very welcoming staff, esp Mr Hamid. We liked it all, no issues.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, there were also a few areas that need attention. First, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is small but beautiful, with a charming atmosphere that I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was a significant issue. When we checked in, we immediately noticed that the bathroom was not cleaned properly – it was downright dirty. We informed the receptionist about the issue right away, and she was very understanding and helpful. She offered to change our room, but we simply requested that the bathroom be cleaned. They did clean it, but unfortunately, the cleanliness didn’t improve much, it was as it was… After two days, my mother arrived and i checked her bathroom and it was in the same condition as ours..
