Location, nice room, very clean, lots of room and staff were available to help Hard to map at first but the sister hotel staff walked us over so no worries at all!!

The service and location was perfect. Hanifi gave us perfect recommendations around the area and places/restaurants to visit, he even booked us a reservation for a sunset tour! The hospitality and sincerity was really appreciated and we will definitely visit again in the future!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location Dilek from housekeeping was very helpful and friendly We were upgraded for two nights but this compensation was not enough as our experience was still horrible (sleepless nights) First of all there was no receptionist present on place when we do the check in. We had to call them. Once in the room, it was too small (the photos are not as it seems) the television does not work, the room was noisy because there is a ventilation next to the room, there is no air conditioner you cannot breath at night so you need to open the window and the noise is non-stop because of the ventilation beside it and pigeons. I work in hotel myself and honestly my expectation was not met, very disappointing so I will not recommend.

The reception staff's treatment was very bad. I had a problem at the beginning of my arrival. They changed my hotel on the first day of arrival without my request, under the pretext that the first hotel was full. Then I told them that I would extend my stay, and after four days of my arrival, they told me that I had to leave. Their treatment was very, very bad.

An amazing location. Super clean, friendly staff, modern room with modern amenities. I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul to stay here. The location itself is reason alone for coming here. Everything else is a happy bonus. Technically I don’t think I stayed in the “plus” hotel. Upon arrival we found out there’s 3 hotels? The plus one is under maintenance so we actually had to move to their “Hotel &Spa” branch. Would have been great to have known about the upgrade/change beforehand because would have bought some spa clothes to make full use of their facilities. But this isn’t a complaint - everything else was still perfect.

clean bathroom Whenever we went to reception, there was no staff. We always had to wait for ages for someone to show up. There is no bell to ring for attention at the reception either. The room has no air conditioner. The temp was set at a fixed temp and it was too warm for us, could not change the temp on thermostat. So rang the reception at night for assistance and there was no answer. The room was absolutely tiny! There was hardly any space for 2 people to move comfortably in that room.

The location of hotel is great. Everything you “must see” in Istanbul is within walking distance, approximately 10-15 minutes. You don’t have to take a taxi or any other means of transportation, even the most distant (touristic parts of Istanbul) parts are a 45-minute easy walk. The neighborhood and street itself are safe, unlike some other parts of Istanbul. All around are shops and restaurants and it’s really lively street. Rooms are great, spacious. Bed is comfortable and pillows are veery good. You have everything you need inside. The prices at the restaurant below, which is connected to the hotel, are a bit expensive but we ate once and it was ok. The service is friendly. Our flight was canceled for another day. When we sent an email, no one answered us. We tried to call the number offered by booking, but the person on the other side sounded like a hot line. It seemed that number was not connected to the hotel at all. “She” asked very strange questions and until the last moment we didn't know what would happen with the reservation even though it was paid in advance. When we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by the receptionist who "couldn't find our reservation" even though I showed the reservation confirmation and payment 4 months in advance. Hr asked us to pay for one night in cash, and that the manager would come tomorrow, check our payment and give our money back. I refused, insisting that they show me the reservations in computer, where of course we found my reservation, but a day earlier. It is important to note that I told him earlier that the reservation was not that day but the day before... I don't know if there was a misunderstanding or if it was an attempted fraud…

Rooms are clean, cozy and modern. the hotel is centered located, few steps from tram and from Marmaray station. bathroom floor needed to be more clean.

Nice spacious room, clean and location was perfect None really, just a couple of small things that did not work.

Looks exactly like the pictures. It’s 10’ away from everything.

Staff could not have been more helpful - we arrived late from a delayed flight and they were brilliant. Room was lovely - clean and big
