Bar meal was excellent. Great atmosphere, helpful staff. Great value. Room smelled a little tale, could do with an airing. Tiling in the bathroom is a bit tired.

We were thrilled to discover the location of Sapphire Hotel was ideal for 8 of the top 10 Istanbul attractions as well as having perfect amenities inside and surrounding. The pool and sauna helped us get over jet lag and busy sightseeing days, combining exercise and relaxation. Our room had everything we needed, even a very comfortable bed!, as well as being quiet and air conditioned; breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Mostly I want to highlight the staff???. From our arrival at reception (concierge saving us money on a booking!) to the porters (quiet smiles) to the housekeeping staff (room temp left perfectly) to the cooks (omelets extraordinaire?) and restaurant staff (those special coffees and juiciest fresh fruits and treats❣️) to an elevator meeting of the hotel manager, Enver, we had service that was second to none in quality and quantity and value for money. Every recommendation and booking and helpful action was made personal for us - we really lucked out on this first stay in Istanbul. Thanks to everyone at Sapphire Hotel. We didn’t have our own stray cat ? or dog???

The breakfast was good and enjoyable. The room was not very large for two people, but this was clearly stated in advance. Since we came to explore the city rather than spend time in the hotel ?, it suited us perfectly. The soundproofing from outside noise was excellent. However, it would be even better if the room doors had soft-closing mechanisms, as noise from doors in the corridor could sometimes be heard. The swimming pool and sauna were a great way to end the day and were a very welcome addition to our stay. The hotel's location is excellent. There are many nice cafés nearby, and no bars in the immediate area, which is a huge advantage as it keeps the surroundings quiet at night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay with a perfect location just a 2-minute walk from the tram station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. A special thanks to Halek, who welcomed us warmly at around 5 AM when we arrived much earlier than expected. The staff were extremely understanding and kindly arranged an early check-in for us by 6 AM in the morning, which made a huge difference after a long journey. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Housekeeping was done daily, so it was always nice returning to a fresh room in the evening. Breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of options. As a thoughtful gesture, they even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a very nice touch and made the experience even more memorable. None
