The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Great team and staff keep going and persist.

Free access to Hammam and Sauna. Triple room is very small for 3 persons and granted room offering an interior closed view, this was awful.

I really liked how close the hotel is to the bazaar and how many shops are nearby—especially if shopping is your main reason for visiting Istanbul. The hotel is nicely maintained, and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. All compliments to them!

I planned to stay for a night but ended up extending two more nights because...I had a great stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodated all my requests, breakfast was delicious, bed was super comfy and the spa facilities after a long walk were really nice! On top of that it is located in a central area where you find everything around the corner! Thank you so much for your hospitality:) Steam sauna was not working :( I hope it will be fixed soon!

I can't say anything positive about the rest. The breakfast was terrible, the room was small, the bathroom was so cramped that 2 person couldn't fit in it. There was only 1 light bulb in the bathroom, the rest didn't work. I was expecting better and unfortunately I was disappointed.

Location was good Check in was good but after Staff gave a lot of attitude when asked for something as simple as water. No AC. Window that was in a closed off courtyard. Single small scratchy blanket for queen sized bed. Sheets were dirty. Walls super thin, can hear everything. Was happy to get out.

Location. Location was the only reason to stay at this hotel Everything. We didn’t even get kettle and cups. Bathroom facilities were awful. They didn’t gave us bathrobes.
