You can go to Taksim by 1 bus only. Bus No (89C/T). & very easy to go to airport bus No H-1. WiFi is very good. Very good Breakfast. Staff very friendly. No thing every things it’s ok. I hope to rebook again in next my travel.

I liked the room very good for the money with a very nice view of Istanbul. Staff were very helpful and kind helping when we asked going above and beyond to keep our room clean also. Nice location if you don’t have a car because loads of shops around with bakery’s, restaurants and a pharmacy. The swimming pool was very cold when me and my partner tried to swim. This was also our main reason for booking this hotel which was kind of sad. Also parking was horrible no space to park we had to park on the sidewalk.

Loation is not so good. It's very rare that you can found taxi driver who know the hotel's direction. Anyhow,traffic in Istanbul is nightmare..

The staff was all really friendly all went out there way to make sure your stay at hotel was 100% emrullah on reception was all wise full of smiles and helped me when I needed a taxi or if I locked my card in my room so thanks for that mate ira on cleaning was very friendly was also full of smiles also thanks for keeping my room like a palace I am really happy with the service I received thank you Nothing to complain about thank you keep up the great work

The manager is so kind, I don't know his name vut he is the big heart man sitting at the reception in the morning, he makes things go easier andd very helpful

I am very pleased, the entire staff was very kind to me, my room was cleaned every day, my sheets and towels were always changed. I also want to thank Aizhan, she does her job very cleanly, she took care of my room. I recommend this hotel, the service is warm and cozy.? It felt amazing nothing to complain about.

Clean and well equipped, staff was very helpful, very good breakfast We booked for 3 adults, the room didnt fit us. One of our friends ended up sleeping in a different hotel.
