The location is excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. Ms. Naz was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. She kindly upgraded our room and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her exceptional hospitality truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Location of hotel is very convenient making it easy to commute from hotel to anywhere in Istanbul. Metro station is right behind the hotel. Staff are very professional and kind. Breakfast and facilities are great. Spacious lobby and good access to resources for meetings. The Wifi is slow and there were no option to purchase higher speed wifi. Breakfast is great but sadly it didn't include Kaymak :)

The location is great and close to our favorite place "Mall of Istanbul" plus airport is only 25 minutes away. I don't understand why the front desk person ask for a tip money, that is all

It was as welcoming as you could imagine, from reception Burak and Ayca to the super guest manager ,Naz , who took care of a malfunctioning AC in no time, to the house keeping lady ,Sarah, who was super helpful always with a smile! It was definitely worth it and I do recommend it if you are planning to stay in the European side of Istanbul

It was very clean, very comfortable and spacious room. We had miced expectations due to some reviewes but in fact we got our towels changed on a daily basis, very good water pressure, heat can be controlled, so nothing to complain about. Yes, gurniture is a but old and warned off but the overall look is great. The vale service is super convenient and special thanks to the guy at the reception who treated us with a free breakfast. Absolutely recommend it Breafast could be better for the style and aize of the hotel, but it was good still.

Everything was fine. But the manager lady, Naz, from guest , was impressive ? ?! She helped me with everything i needed.

The location is not that convenience. The breakfast is too expensive and the not that much choice.

The location is not that good, not enough choice for dining. Not convenient to go old town, new town etc….

The lighting in the rooms was pretty harsh and the room was very warm even with the heat off all night.

Breakfast choices were amazing, the layout of honey was unaccustomed, it between salad and olives (not usually where I would look for honey, near bread or sweets). The entrance was grand. The spa/hamam/fitness ammenities. When I went into the spa and fitness floor at around 3:30 pm, there was a lingering stench of someone that smoked. There was a turn-style gate that was not in use, and then when you asked where steam bath was they pointed but did not give you towel nor tell you where the changing rooms were. There were no signs to lead you from changing room to sauna and steam bath. It was awkward. No place to hang towels outside steam bath.

The room was good size but that was after they moved us because the first one was small, dark, dingy and had a broken shower stall. The front desk staff was efficient. Poor location - absolutely nothing close by . Industrial area amidst a maze of highways and busy roads . Have to take long cab ride or complicated Metro ride to city centre . Reeks of smoke - overwhelming as you enter the lobby, continuing through hallways and public areas. Breakfast buffet was very poor. Little variety, not very clean. Some of the hot food was totally unrecognizable. A few chafing dishes had signs in front but they were in the wrong place. One contained mushy bits floating in an off-white liquid. Turns out it was supposed to be oatmeal. Inattentive staff - some chatting on their cell phones. Had to point out problems to them - coffee machines not working , many food platters empty, missing cutlery and napkins, tables not cleared . And then had to wait while they took their time to resolve them. No concept of customer service! One hostess totally ignored the problems we and other guests reported . A male manager didn't believe the coffee machines weren't working properly, actually questioned my ability to use them. After checking it out himself, he grumbled and called someone to fix them - several minutes later. No apology by the way.
