bad experience I lost 2200 SAR from our bag the after room housekeeping cleaned the room I was charged 1000euros for something the hotel bad facilities (water not running properly in the shower drain which caused flooding even they cleaned the water after calling them many times and very late )which was not acceptable to me since the facility needs maintenance. And after that they surprised me that I had to pay this amount when I was leaving to the airport the facility needs a lot of maintenance

Reception it was fantastic job absolutely I will come more than one time for this hotel because it’s family hotel and they respect all the people from Arab country and Europe the Rome and the house it was super clean super nice we get the room number 1557 it was very nice very clean absolutely I’m very happy because I chose this hotel and I will come every time with my family thank you guys for your effort and your professional top vip hotel All good

The staff was very accommodating, I accidentally booked smoking room and they were able to give me a non smoking option which was higher value than what I paid for. There was a smell in the kitchen coming from pipes but it disappeared on its own next morning

Was too close to our needs although we were under perception that the main bedroom has bathroom inside. We had electricity outage a few times during our stay, also in one of the nights we woke up startled by a false fire alarm. Another comment which related to house keeping, in the last 4 nights we were running out of hand soap in the main bathroom despite our calls to the reception but no response.

Also the cleaning guy, Jacob was very responsive with a perfect 10 service The garden villa we booked was in the basement and smoke from heating system of swimming pool was coming into the room . First night was terrible experience so we had to change the room to the 19th floor
