Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding hospitality. What made this stay extraordinary was Ms. Írem Kar, the Guest Relations Manager. She transformed what would have been an excellent stay into an exceptional and memorable experience. They have valet parking with extra money be careful for that . They put a sign which is not clear for me then i enforced to pay for that .

at booking.com promise to have free breakfast but it is not after i booked and paid i discovered it was not. cheating us. als breakfast room is full of egg smell. all my close are smelley now. phone system so unnecesaary complicated. just buy a normal phone and put it in the room

The staff was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the bar had delicious snacks and drinks. It was further away from the cultural sites than I had hoped and there wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity.

There were a few things that were an issue. Breakfast for a 5 star hotel was ok. You had to check hot options by scanning the QR code which was fine but then trying to get the attention of the server was difficult. There were plenty of staff but just felt disorganised. We watched this for 3 days and some people even walked out. We complained to the front desk and it did improve after that. The other complaint I have is the WiFi was very sketchy sometimes it worked perfectly but other times it wouldn't connect. And the last complaint and this has nothing to do with the hotel but be careful of taxis. They try and con you whenever they get an opportunity. I asked them to run their meters and a lot of them refused. They wanted a set fee. For one of the 20min ride a driver tried to charge me 5000lira almost £80!! Please check their credit card machine before tapping.

I show to her video with 20 seconds when I open the hot water ( it’s not clean ) and first she yeah because all of this area it’s like that after I told her why you didn’t inform me as I can’t even have shower ( she answered why you didn’t called us to move your room hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Anyone from management he can call me to share with him the video

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is highly professional and attentive, always ready to accommodate any request. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The spa was also very nice and added to the overall experience. The internet connection in the room did not work properly, which was quite inconvenient. The breakfast could also benefit from a wider variety of options, especially including more Turkish dishes as part of the standard offering to reflect the local culture. On a positive note, when we requested additional items beyond the usual menu, the staff was accommodating and happy to provide them.
