I stayed in Room 404 , Room was very small and hardly and space to move. AC was not working, bathroom doors cannot be closed. Room was very disappointing.

Location is okay and there's a police station right in the corner. I recently stayed in this Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not correspond to the advertised 4-star standard. Deposit handling: A €30 minibar deposit was requested at check-in. Upon departure (03 January, around 3AM), staff verified that nothing had been consumed and confirmed the room was in order. As no cash was available, I was told the deposit would be refunded to my Visa card the following day. Despite written acknowledgment of this commitment, the refund was not processed, which required me to initiate a chargeback procedure. This created unnecessary inconvenience. Breakfast quality: Breakfast was repetitive and very basic: standard eggs, machine-dispensed juice, limited variety, and bread that did not appear fresh. The offering did not reflect a 4-star category. Hygiene observation: I observed staff handling food after touching their forehead while wearing gloves, without changing them before touching shared items. Service: The overall service felt minimal. Interaction was limited and the atmosphere did not feel particularly welcoming. Safety concern: Several guests were smoking on upper floors, which raised concerns regarding fire safety. Overall, the experience aligned more closely with a 2–3 star standard rather than 4 stars.

The staff was rude, neither did any not show any signs of flexibility, nor they did try to help with anything at all. In the room everything was broken or almost broken, it was really cold, we needed to use the AC on full for 6 hours to have a normal weather in there.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had a business trip and needed to book a place close to the city. But this hotel doesn't meet any standards of human habitation. I booked a large double room, and the photos on Booking.com looked acceptable. It seems this hotel hired professional photographers to make it look presentable, but in reality, it was all a lie. I got a room unfit even for animals. The furniture was filthy, smelled musty, and the breakfast they served should be closed and not served to humans. And that's not even mentioning the staff; they are some of the most disgusting people you'll ever deal with. They are rude, they lie, they won't deal with you at all. They don't respond to calls and they steal money from guests. Truly one of the worst experiences of my life. I would never recommend it. I would only recommend it as a place for animals.

location was perfect & you can find easy car parking all day long for free Lots of Bed Bugs in mattress Room # 708 They promised to change the mattress but they never did as they were out of stocks for new mattresses No water heater for 2 days Bathroom light was not working They never came to check not to fix even I have made many complains many times & I left the room due to staff rude behavior Breakfast was not wow ! If anything finish they hardly refill or most of the time they don’t have stock Same items everyday in Breakfast nothing changes I booked 2 rooms Daily & stayed for 4 days but decided not to come back again here in this Hotel again.

Only the Location is fine & Parking we can find fo free outside the hotel The Staff was not responsible people. Not cooperative & I found a couple of Bed Bugs in room 708 which spoiled my entire happiness of the stay in this Hotel Room OMG The staff still was not ready of compromise or to compensate me at all with a different room neither they refunded my money for the next day stay nor they provided me the new mattress at all so I had to sleep the second day also with the same Bed Bugs mattress & I eve have showed the 5 videos of both ugly mettress to their staff & hotel reception they even not bother to come upstairs with me to check the room mattress or to relive the issue at its priority. Very much Fed-up today.

The rooms are quite dated, featuring worn furniture and home accessories. The bathroom has mold and is cold. The room itself is also chilly, as half of the walls consist of windows that fail to retain heat during winter. Additionally, the old air conditioner does not effectively provide heating. Due to these issues, I decided to check out of the hotel just 20 minutes after my arrival.

In my opinion, this place doesn't look like a hotel, it's more like an inn. Upon arrival, we realized that the reservation was underground and that the escalator was never active. We had to climb the stairs with our luggage with difficulty, and then we entered a room about 8 meters long, which was barely enough space to stand even in the bathroom, and had windows that were screwed shut that we couldn't open. It was a relatively good location And it was very disgusting about breakfast that someone kept walking around the table counting your food, apart from how many items were from the previous days, but I won't go there again. Lots of stairs - window is screwed and does not open - breakfast with ingredients from the previous day and not fresh
