Room was so small and the shower also !

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I think that the rooms have been redone fairly recently. Our beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. Location wise, this hotel is conveniently located close to one of the metro stations, several grocery stores and many restaurants. The bathroom had an odor due to a lack of p-traps on the drains. It could also benefit from better lighting.

The breakfast was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. They booked us an airport shuttle.

I got the best for the price I have paid. The staff was welcoming and helped us with everything, starting by addressing our requests re hotel and ending with giving us directions to different places, best currency exchange points, where to eat and even were ready to book us a cruise with a good price. The room was comfortable, not big and not small, towels, shampoo and shower gel were available, free bar and 24/7 open working place with free tea and coffee. It’s a personal preference, but the room was darker than I expected in the evenings, even with all lights on. For some it might be ok, but for me it was a reason to go down to work.

The accommodation was very comfortable and tidy, equipped with sufficient amenities. 3. The restroom was thoroughly clean, featuring warm water and a bathtub for relaxation. 4. The beds were entirely comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a restful night's sleep. 5. The area was notably safe, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets conveniently located nearby. 6. Public transport options, including buses and subways, are readily accessible. 7. On Sundays, a local market takes place in the alley adjacent to the hotel, which is bustling yet captivating and vibrant. There is nothing significant to report. The hotel provided me with a pleasant experience, featuring all necessary amenities, a stunning location, and friendly staff.

I’ve stayed at this hotel four times already — that says it all. For me, it feels like home whenever I’m in Istanbul. The service is outstanding and the staff are always friendly and ready to help.

A bit noisy

We only stay for one night, check-in process fast and effective, area easily approachable from center, metro station 15 mins walk away, several restaurants in the area, room clean and comfortable.Recommended

The breakfast was simple but satisfying. What I appreciated the most was the location — surrounded by cafés, great restaurants, and just a few meters from a taxi stand. Super convenient if you prefer not to use the metro. Tip: Get a SIM card so you can use AI tools like translation apps to communicate with taxi drivers in Turkish — it really makes things easier!

Location is great with many public transport connections. Breakfast was ok. They don't have parking for now, but said that soon there will be parking spaces available on the street. Clean and comfortable room, a bit small, but comfortable.
