Garden Room Otel

The room was very spacious, and very pretty, breakfast comes up the room, but the best thing about the hotel is their staff! Especially Nur at the reception is truly amazing! All of them were very friendly and obliging!

Nothing 1. AC wasn't working 2. Only one person spoke English and was available only at night 3. No black out curtains, sun was blinding in the morning woke me up daily 4. Tv in the bedroom was broken 5. Pictures don't reflect the room, The room was worn out in general.

The smell of cigarettes inside the suit was annoying although we were in a non-smoking suit.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, the service is warm and welcoming, and the room is equipped with everything you might need. I highly recommend this establishment. Mr. Ismaël at the reception was especially kind and helpful. Very approachable, he truly assisted us with all our arrangements. In short, the entire team is welcoming, and this hotel is highly recommended for your future stays

The hotel has very pleasant and courteous receptionists who are always ready to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would love to come back again and again. When we visit Istanbul next time, we will stay only at this hotel. A delicious breakfast is served in the room. It’s very cozy, and the atmosphere feels like home. Nothing special just the price was lower The cleanings and the behaviour of the receptionist that was involved to change the double room to a single one with a double bed so we paid again 100 euros to get an other room again

Superb

Great room , new furniture , high quality finishings, the lower level rooms also have a terrace . Good price/ quality ratio, good choice if you travel by car. When we arrived , the window curtains with their support where on the floor next to the bed (the support screws broke). We signaled this to the reception but they didn't fix it during our stay. We had to balance the suport and curtains on the window frame .

The staff especially Hussam, he was so helpful… and the room was good and clean

- 1. Broken window in room and not shared in advance. 2. Took 2 days to get a replacement. 3. No daily cleaning of the rooms. 4. No sound proof rooms (but is advertised in booking) - lot of noise coming from the street 5. Wifi very weak in rooms 6. Personell barely speaks English 7. AC leakage Booking will not support you in a cancelation - you are left at the mercy of the hotel personell who are too greedy and want to capture their revenue.

I don't recommend it very aggressive staff

The family suit 1- the staff go in your room without permission 2- smells bad 3- they turn off the AC in the middle of the night 4- they don’t give you enough blankets or pillows 5- if you didn’t extend before your stay they’ll change your room

it was a super accommodation experience, close to the city center and exceptional service, great to work with a professional team, please don't hesitate to book this is a great hotel

nothing, they moved us to another hotel when we arrived they said there is a booking problem and offered another hotel for same price. the room was “kinda” the same: top floor, big. but dirty, old, noisy (till 11 pm), jacuzzi with hairs inside. despite the staff was very kind that was not what i expected. I just wanted to sleep before flight, but got the opposite. also around 2 AM in the night someone knocked in our door and tried to sell something.

Early check in was available which was great, as our flight landed really early. We were given a complimentary breakfast when checking out which was a really nice touch. The private garden patio area directly from our room was a nice surprise. The shower didn't get hot, but we only told reception on check out. I'm sure it would have been sorted if we brought it to the staff's attention sooner.
