Its location to the markets and areas , the staff speacially the resturant are cooperative and helpful Some staff in the reception were not professional, the water in the bathroom is not stable, the ordinary room are very small

The hotel's location is excellent and very close to most of the major historical attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. I booked a quadruple room, but it was much smaller than expected and felt cramped and congested. The air conditioner was very noisy, and the cooling was slow and ineffective, making the room uncomfortable. No complimentary water bottles were provided when we checked in. They were only given after we requested them, which should not be necessary. The lift was also very small, making it inconvenient, especially when traveling with luggage. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations due to the small room size, poor air conditioning, and lack of attention to basic guest amenities. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

The senior chief of the restaurant/breakfast is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has an excellent view. 1- Cleaning takes place at a specific time. 2- The lobby is neither air-conditioned nor tidy; it feels like a semi-abandoned area. 3- The rooms are very cramped, unlike what is shown in the photos. 5- The air conditioner's placement in the room is inconvenient and noisy. 6- There is no soundproofing. 7- Cleaning did not include the bathroom on many days. 8- There are no laundry services. 9- The towels are very old. 10- There is no variety at breakfast. 11- The curtains do not fully cover the windows. 12- The lighting is poor. 13- The minibar is small, and it lacks even the standard minimum amenities.

Service is good, especially Seckin Kaya & his team were very attentive at the breakfast. Location is the best, walkable distance to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, lots of bazaars nearby, tram station. Rooms are tiny, but the location makes the best of the stay.

Amazing location, within walking distance of major attractions. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views and perfect for a great breakfast. the staff is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were clean, the service was outstanding, and the location was convenient for transportation. They upgraded my room to the Gulhane Suite, which is very nice. The restaurant was excellent, the service was very classy, and the view overlooking the Bosphorus from above was breathtaking. Special thanks to Seçkin for the Turkish coffee and the refined hospitality.

Everything was amazing. The hotel is clean and rooms are soundproof. Breakfast is tasty and staff is very friendly. I want to say thank you to Seckin Kaya who was very friendly and helpful at the breakfast area and for two receptionists, unfortunately i didn’t get their names, the one who did check-in for my mum and helped them while i was not there and the one who did check-in for my room was also friendly. Everything was good!

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect and rooms are soundproof. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially Seckin Kaya was very helpful and friendly at the breakfast area and I want to say thank you for a help for receptionist who did check-in for my mum and grandmother for room 301 and helped them a lot and for a receptionist who did check-in for my room! thank you!
