The location was near to the sea but very crowded because of the downstairs restaurant The breakfast was the worse breakfast i have ever eaten They bring you a plate with one slice of pepperoni And half of cucumber and tons of bread

A great place to stay in Beşiktaş, very near to the Beşiktaş ferry, from where you can go to the Asian side of Istanbul. You can walk to the Büyük Mecidiye Mosque, and the Dolmabahçe Palace is also within walking distance. A great collection of restaurants is downstairs. The staff was very kind and they placed our luggage till the night as our flight home was late at night. Love from Pakistan! Nothing at all

The location was excellent. Perfect to reach everything that we needed to see and explore. Our flight was in the evening and our check out time was originally scheduled for lunchtime. So we requested to keep the room for a few more hours and was a little disappointed to be charged a full day rate.

It was dirty. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom, in the shower and ceiling. The room smelt like smoke and pee. After complaining about this we got another room. A better one, but again with mould in the bathroom. This made the stay overall uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel I did not like the treatment we received at the hotel. The first day we came tired, they treated us badly and they did not take into account that we were tired. The reception was not good. They wrote to us that they could facilitate a transport from the airport to the hotel for 55 euros, and then they wanted to charge us 60. I had to show the conversations we had had so that they would not charge us 60 euros. They demanded that the payment had to be cash only, and they never specified that. Finally, we left our mobile phone in transport and they charged us 500 Turkish liras for doing us the favor of returning it.

Clean location, very good internet connection, perfect location and amazing service.

The location is nice, 5 min from Beshiktash seaside , 5 min to passage-boat(you can cross to asia part and islands), 25 min by walking to Ortakoy mosque. Near the hotel are lots cafe, restorans & pubs , which are work till late night, so you can walk around in safe way. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull , especially a man at reception.
