great location For one thing, the location is very good, with tram, buses and metro very close by. We purchased an Istanbulkart card, which made it easier to travel by tram, bus, and ferry. The area has lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is in a quiet street not far from the main one. The staff was super friendly and gave us tips for our 4-day stay. The space was enough for 2, given we spent most of the time outside. There is a kettle for tea/coffee making. The hotel provided clean towels, small body wash and slippers. If you are on a low-budget trip, this is the type of small hotel room you would book. However, this one needs a lot of improvement. Our bedsheet, even if clean, had a very visible hole in it, same thing with the curtains. The power kept going off when we put the kettle on, the handwash bottle in the bathroom needs to be changed, it doesn't work. The sofa is broken. With some refurbishment, I'm sure reviews will go up.
