The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Ipek, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. She made us feel truly valued as guests and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

This is a good hotel with a lot of facilities. It has a swimming pool and a sauna, and a good restaurant and bar. The room was very nice, and it was kept tidy and cleen by the cleaning staff. The breakfast consists of a good and varied buffet, as found in international hotels around the world. Overall a good experience. The hotel is far from city centre. The hotel's location is probably related to the fact that the old airport was right nearby. I chose a hotel in this area because I had some appointments nearby, but if you plan to spend time in more central areas, you should choose a hotel that is more centrally located. The staff was obsessed with getting good reviews. A reseptionist named Akif gave me a free cup of coffee in exchange for giving him a good personal review. He also took it for granted that I gave the hotel 10 points. As I was leaving the hotel, a female receptionist appeared, and she was also very fixated on good reviews and many stars. This is a minor thing, but at the same time it does not create credibility. The staff in the restaurant were not particularly friendly, but the service was good, and so were the dishes.

Manger Mr turran miss Ipek and arif they all a big asset to that hotel with no doubt. Some room location and lost of power in my room(power outage) and charging room after midnight that wasn’t comfortable at all. But with Mr. Arif assistance it work out just fine thanks a lot Arif
