Near the bus station. Nice staff. Good breakfast. My window faced a busy highway, and it didn't close properly. Because of this, I had to sleep with headphones on. Quite clean, but not everywhere.

The best hotel in the area. The rooms are very clean, the wellness is outstanding and breakfast is also perfect. Mouhamed is the kindest receptionist as well so it is the best value for money.

However, there were some challenges during my stay. The hotel has two separate sides, and upon check-in, I was placed on the older side. As a solo female traveler here for surgery, this was concerning. The elevator on that side felt outdated, there was no air conditioning, only a heating system. The overall condition of that section did not match the quality I expected and what you see in the pictures when you are booking the hotel online. I really thought I got scammed. My first night was uncomfortable, especially knowing I had surgery the next morning. After returning from my procedure, I realized I would not be able to recover comfortably in that room. I went to the front desk and requested a room change, explaining my situation. Thankfully, the staff immediately accommodated me and moved me to a much better room located on the newer side of the hotel, which had proper air conditioning and felt significantly more comfortable for recovery. The location is about 15–20 minutes outside the main areas of Istanbul. If you’re comfortable using public transportation such as buses and trains, it’s manageable and not a bad location at all. Overall, the hotel has many strengths, especially the staff and cleanliness but I would recommend ensuring you are placed on the newer side of the property for a more comfortable experience.

The concierge at check in was nice and greated us warmly. The valet showed us to our room and explained the hotel to us which was a nice extra. The next day the desk attendant also was very helpful. Breakfast is marvelous

I highly recommend this hotel. Pool water is a bit dirty, it needs to be changed every few days.

Hotel very good. Mr. Tolo, the receptionist person is extremely charming and given warm welcome at the time of check in and check out. Breakfast also good. My room air condition was not proper in cooling and i faced suffocation and sweating in first two days. I asked reception two times to check and correct it. But they were not bothered to check it, even after making repeated commitments. Finally i decided to sleep in the night with open window. And that solved the problem of suffocation. But hotel staff should understand the problem and should do the needful to solve it upon customer's request.

Just stayed for one night to catch a flight out of Istanbul, but the staff (especially Mahoumed) were very kind and helpful. Would recommend.
