Very pleasant and quiet ; convenient location and helpful staff

Unfortunately, we accidentally broke the showerhead chain, but the receptionist was very kind and handled it well. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. It is only fair to note that the space is quite limited, and it took us about a day to adapt to it.

really hospitable staff, that let me check in early. great location next to a market and lots of nice restaurants. it was a cozy place and even if it was a small me and my friend really liked it. safe neighborhood too. the bathroom is very small. it’s a wet bathroom and the shower is basically on top of the toilet, but there was no leakage in the bathroom. but because the place is small it’s harder to move around and lots of things get wet.

Staff were very helpful. Room had a small kitchenette so could.make tea.and cook simple meals as needed. The corridor to the room was a bit awkward with stairs up to the room so slightly dark to navigate. Otherwise it was great.

It could have been cleaner

I liked that each room had a bathroom. It was quite big, rather than small, as I expected. It was perfect for 7 people and we had a comfortable stay.

There were no heating radiators, but the room can be heated with the air conditioner. When the air conditioner is turned on, it becomes warm, so it is not a big problem.

Convertible value of money Nil

The peace and quietness. Also, the proximity to various shops made shopping easier for me. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. Cleaning of the apartment was once in 3 days except on request.

My friend is really tall and bathroom was small for him

The rooms were a bit small and the elevator was not working all the time.

1. Location is close (about 7 mins walk) to the public transport (Kumkapi Station - Marmaray Train line). 2. Many restaurants and shops nearby. 3. Apartment is good.

The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and understanding — they even allowed us to check in many hours earlier than the official time, which helped us a lot after a long journey. The room was clean, airy, and comfortable, and the hotel is located within walking distance from most of Istanbul's main tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
