Hira Hotel

The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the tram stop. The hotel has an elevator, which was helpful with luggage. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was easy. The room was extremely small, with the bed taking up most of the space. The bathroom was not cleaned properly – there were dark hairs on the toilet and in the shower. Water kept leaking from the soap dispenser onto the floor, leaving it constantly wet. The room was also very noisy. You could clearly hear people closing doors, and someone upstairs was moving furniture during the night, making it difficult to sleep. I was informed that I would receive a takeaway breakfast because I was checking out at 5:00 a.m., but no breakfast was prepared or offered.

Nice and clean, great value for money, amazing breakfast spread on the house. The approach is not the most elegant. A one minute walk to the Main Street for Uber pick up was ok for me but could be challenging for some others

Everything was great ! Best value for price. Restaurants and money exchange were walking distance . Host was amazing . He woke up earlier so we can have breakfast. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Would return.

The bathroom should have an exhaust fan. There are few kitchen utensils in the room. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, only the trash was taken out. There was no shampoo or other toiletries in the bathroom.

I asked for the cleaning of the room.. but I didn't get a response.

Very good

Very clean, at walking distance to the main objectives (Ayasofya, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace etc.). Rooms were warm and spacious. The hotel offers free coffee and water at any time. Personnel were very kind and helpful with all our requests (without exaggeration, the guys from the reception were the best receptionists I ever met - and I stays in hundreds hotels). We were in a larger group and they managed to handle all our requests related to rooms, parking and also Bosphorus cruise reservation. Nothing comes to mind.
