Everything is amazing we love it very clean the staff are very welcome and helpful specially nurettin and Radwan in the reception all staff they’re very friendly we love everything in this hotel, the food is amazing the rooms is large and very clean I recommend this hotel for everyone wants clean hotel comfortable romantic close to everything in the heart of Istanbul we will come back again of course we stay for 2 weeks but next time we will book for one month ❤️

The staff are nice and kind. The location is ok not very far from the sites but it is not walking distance. My air condition was not working properly and my room was hot. Imagine if it was a full summer!!

Location is 10/10. Staff is great and professional. Special thanks to the reception desk for their help :) Breakfast was delicious with variety of foods :) the hotel is extremely clean.. they are cleaning throughout the day every corner of the hotel :) definitely recommend :) Everything was great :)

The rooms were clean and easily can fit 3 people in the triple room. The staff were kind and helpful when we needed! Breakfast could be a little more varied as it was almost the same options every morning for 5 days!

My children, my family, and I loved everything about it but most of all the people who worked the front desk were beyond accommodating and patient with us. They did everything they could to make us stay there pleasant actually great I would definitely go back. Very clean very cozy
