Location is perfect - it's far away from busy/crowded streets but still close enough to them, windy side for courtyard. Children's playground is near so may be extra sound but still better than main street.

Some facility were broken such as flexible shower and the window. It does not matter so much for me as I prefer to use the alternative

Location Rooms were small Not a holiday hotel, good for work. No swimming pool or play area for kids

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. The Turkish hamam facility was a plus. The room and hotel were clean. Room Furniture could get an upgrade.

The hotel was very pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, and everything felt clean and well cared for. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, with special appreciation to the front office team—especially Mr. Kemal, who was both helpful and genuinely kind. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options. We also had dinner at the hotel once and really enjoyed the food. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants, metro station, Tram and made getting around the city easy. The room safe box was located very low inside the closet, which made it a bit difficult to use comfortably.

The common areas and room were nice and clean. Convenient location with easy access to airport buses. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast had good variety.

The hotel is Conveniently located near several dining spots and just minutes from Aksaray tram station. Our room’s door lock wasn’t working, but the staff kindly resolved the issue by offering us a room change without any hassle. It’s hard to put into words, but the overall ambience felt a bit different from the typical Holiday Inn experience. That said, we still had a comfortable stay.

Room was not cleaned properly everyday. Towels were changed but bedsheets were not changed if not explicitly advised. There was no heating available to heat the room at night so the room was very cold every morning. We were offered extra blankets but I prefer a warm room instead of warm bed especially when staying with a baby.
