The included breakfast was very good. It included a good variety of fresh local dishes like eggplant, peppers, lentil soup, omelette, sweets and good coffee and tea. We ate there 4 days and had good choices every time. No laundry facilities.

The only thing we didn't like is the lack of working electricity outlets in our rooms, we had only one in the room and one in the bathroom.

The location was good. There were some issues with cleanliness. In the shower, there were hairs from the previous guest, and the kettle in the room was full of old tea leaves—probably because the previous guest boiled loose tea leaves directly in it. You couldn’t switch off the main lamp completely—after turning it off, it stayed slightly on (like an emergency light, but brighter), even though it wasn’t for emergency purposes. That meant it was not possible to sleep in a completely dark room. The breakfast was not good too.

Neat and tidy place. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Quite small and less fancy compared to a few hotels nearby, but that's not a big deal.

The hotel is good value for the price, comfortable, clean, and the location is exceptional - 3 mins from metro and 3 mins from tram. The breakfast was okay, there is enough to start your day. The people hosting it are very friendly, kind and always helpful, Mohamed is a great person and it was pleasure for us to have a chat with him!

Most of it was not very fresh. The location, constant noise by construction workers, no parking, this part of city centre is closed for vehicles.

The breakfast is very bad Also I see the coffee machine is very dirty from inside and they never cleaned Rooms very small and with smoking smell
