It was a pleasure staying at this hotel! The room looked better than in the pictures. The complimentary bottle of water was a pleasant, useful surprise. Although some of the other rooms are still under remodelling, the constructors are absolutelly not a problem. It as very quiet at night, no sound was heard from mosques nearby at the 5 am prayer! Our room had no windows towards the street, but glass doors to a patio where you can smoke, ventilated and illuminated in the ceiling (this case is for the 1st floor). The hotel is very close to the metro, (which is a plus when you arrive from the airport) but also to the T1 tram station ( which connects you to the major turistic spots on the European side). The staff was very friendly and thoughtful and the room clean. When we checked out, we forgot a charger in the room, but the nice cleaning lady ran after us and brought our charger. We are very thankful for everything! It was a perfect stay. Nothing

I really liked this hotel! It's clean, quiet, and in a great location—very close to both the metro and tram. The rooftop swimming pool is a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and always smiling, and the breakfast was correct and satisfying. A very pleasant stay overall! Only one small detil, I wanted to weight my language before leaving and unfortunatley the balance was off service.

The hotel is very well located, close to both the metro and tram stations. Service was 10/10 – a special thank you to Duran & Hassan who were always helpful, attentive, and made our stay even more pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit repetitive. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff so friendly and supportive i like the welcoming and the hospitality from Mr. Hassan especially every day welcoming and asking if everything is okey , really this gentleman was amazing , also the hotel location is nearby train and metro station and everything is there All ok

The reception staff were very helpful when I booked. The breakfast was very good and there is a lot of choice. The hotel is very well situated in a quiet street just off the main tram line, very easy and central. My room overlooked the street and I was able to watch the world go by while having a nice cup of tea! There was nothing I disliked I would definitely stay again in the future it was excellent value for money and the reception staff are very helpful
