The hotel is conveniently located, and the room was spacious and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. My colleagues and I felt truly well cared for, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Latif.

The bathroom lock was not working and they didn't fix it properly.

Nothing!! The hotel room was in an unacceptable condition: it was not cleaned, the bedding had blood stains, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. Additionally, there were cracks in the ceiling with water dripping through, and the explanation given by staff was unprofessional and inadequate. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing and far below acceptable standards.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. everything was perfect, like the cleanliness, like the reception, there was no hotel remark.

The room was clean, the beds were not very new but it was good, the air conditioning worked, the lights were ok, mostly clean, the breakfast was good, there were food options, the staff was very welcoming, and the area was extremely accessible. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a comfortable place that is worth it on an average budget.

Room was as advertised and the staff cleaned it every day, incl. new towels. The staff was friendly and responsive. Overall our stay was positive. Breakfast was the same every day and not with a large selection. It is OK for a few days, but then it becomes repetitive. Consider if it is worth having it.

Sockets were a challenge

think twice—this place is NOT what it claims to be. I had an incredibly disappointing experience that I want every traveler to know before booking. First off, the manager at the reception was arrogant and unhelpful, often just sitting there with a dismissive attitude. At night, the staff didn’t speak any English, which made communication nearly impossible. Despite advertising itself as a 4-star hotel, it falls far short of that standard. Here are some major issues we faced: No Air Conditioning: I stayed in their so-called “king suite,” supposedly the top room, and there was no working AC. We had to endure the heat without any cooling, which was especially hard since I was traveling with an infant. Water Outage: One day, the entire hotel lost water supply for many hours, and the staff could do nothing about it. Living without water for that long is unacceptable. No Basic Amenities: There was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. When I asked the manager, he basically said their hotel is cheap and that’s why they don’t provide such basics. If this is a “cheap” hotel, they shouldn’t be advertising it as 4-star. Poor Location: The hotel is located down narrow, somewhat scary streets that don’t feel safe for families. Outside the hotel, people often gather to smoke and block the entrance. Breakfast: The breakfast was minimal—just a few salads and bread. When I asked the chef for eggs, he said it would cost extra. The juice was mostly water. When I raised concerns about the AC and how we could possibly sleep in the heat, their response was a baffling “Insane, we don’t know.” Honestly, this hotel might be okay for locals needing a quick overnight stay, but I strongly advise tourists to avoid it. Don’t waste your money or ruin your holiday with this place.

The breakfast was good, but the choices of fruits were limited to watermelon only. This is not a 4-star hotel; unfortunately it is a lie and by anyhow not justifiable! There is even no star-sign on the hotel sign outside or anywhere. At nights, around 1 am, the hotel front area is very noisy because a group of people gather and talk loudly (last night they were celebrating a borthday at 1 am!). It is quite annoying for the hotel guests since they cannot sleep due to this crowd. When we called the reception, nobody picked up the phone. The bathroom is very small and the shower entrance very narrow; it is kind of improvised (and not even well done). The fridge was not cool enough. There was just 3 clothes hangers; not sufficient. The only existing elevator is very slow and busy. The hotel staff were kind and hospitable.
