Fair enough for what you pay.

The room was tiny, I can easily hear ppl coming down and up the stairs, I got up every morning on the sound furniture moving and ppl moving between the floors. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned as well

The rooms have mini fridges in them which was helpful. The breakfast was decent, and it was only ~25min walk to things like the Bazaar, the big museums, the Blue Mosque, etc. When we arrived, they told us that they had overbooked the hotel and did not have an available room for us. Luckily, they had a sister hotel around the corner that they set us up in for the night, but upon checking back in with our booked hotel the next day, they did not have the type of room I booked available. I booked for two separate beds, but we only got a tiny room with one double bed, from which we could hear pigeons cooing incessantly at all hours of the day. One of the bottles of water provided was already opened and partially used, and there were hairs and things on the sheets that made us question the cleanliness. We also discovered when we accidentally went to the wrong room (our number on a different floor) that our hotel key unlocks more doors than just our own. Upon this discovery, we attempted to deadbolt our door at night, only to find that the lock in the room didn't work. This left us feeling like our rooms were not very secure. We didn't get much sleep because the aircon had the room near freezing, but there may have been a way to control that which we couldn't see. Also, the whole floor smelled like a cigarette, but I understand that might just be due to the age of the building and prevalence of smoking in that area. Honestly at one point I considered booking a new hotel for the remainder of my time in Istanbul, which I have never done before. I definitely won't be returning here.

In the morning dropped my luggage. Room was not ready. Normal. Came back in the evening - no room for me any more. They placed me in another hotel nearby which was bad. I had no opportunity to stay in this hotel so I can't answer the question.

Our friends also booked a stay with us at this hotel but when they arrived they said that they don't have any rooms left. They helped them to find another hotel but when you have a reservation the hotel should keep your room at least until the check in is closed.

Everything was perfect: the location, the amazing and very helpful staff, understanding, etc. The room was cleaned every day, but I would recommend changing the towels at least every two days. Everything else was perfect.

The facilita was clean and near de center of the Town. The breakfast was enough but not varried.(the coffee is only ness). Every day they clean the room. The room has also a refrigerator. The price was very Good for the location. The size of the room...it was small and also the bathroom. They say they have parking but in fact the parking has to be payed in a commercial place.

Good location, nice room, friendly and helpful staff

The host was lovely, very kind and attentive. Room was small but clean, breakfast was good and plentiful. Area is very quiet at night. Overall tip-top experience! Beds were not the most comfy (gave us both some morning back pain), but it may be subjective. Also, curtains weren't able to provide pitch darkness which I personally appreciate.

Good location with basic amenities. Got stuck at the tiny elevator - it wouldn’t open! I had to bang on it in the middle of the night so reception can override and open it. So to avoid the risk of getting stuck in a hot tiny elevator, I decided to carry my luggage down the stairs on my checkout the following morning. Reception only required cash and would not accept credit card. Yet he did not give me a receipt. Also, he did not automatically give me back my passport. I realized that he still had it when I was already in my room that just had to go down again and ask for it. The room is clean but the pillow smelled like someone else had used it before. Not sure if they changed the pillowcase. There was a mosquito in the room - heard it buzzing all night so I just covered my entire body and face with the bed sheet… but I still got bit on my shoulder.

The hotel has an excellent location, in the very center of Laleli. The metro is nearby, you can get to any part of Istanbul with ease. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, has everything you need. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly, they were always ready to help us with any question. They suggested what to do nearby and where the best locations were. Special thanks for the very hearty and delicious breakfast. No cons
