Hotel is in a nice area. Away from the busy center of the city but very close to the T1 tram line that takes you right into the places you want to go! The hotel is right next to the Historic Constantinople Wall. The management at the hotel are very kind and helpful. The included breakfast was very good,

The personnel very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, close to public transportation and stores. No elevators if you have a heavy suitcase, the bathroom is too small, not many outlets to charge your devices.

Worst choice of hotel from the street you enter the hotel from inside The pictures on the site do not match reality at all, the rooms are very small, the service is not good and the heating is very bad.

I only spent 1 night. The location is very convenient - close to both the metro and high-speed tram to the very center of Istanbul. I am especially grateful to the staff for their help with lifting a broken suitcase to the 3rd floor. Thanks to Yilmaz Irmak for the morning tea.I had an early departure from the bus station, so I chose this hotel. If you look at the map, you can get lost. In fact, the hotel is located on the square where the buses end, just 300 meters from the metro. If you see a bus stop, it means you have arrived. A bonus is the walls of ancient Constantinople, which can be seen from the windows. The hotel checks whether bank cards match the guest's last name. But in my request I explained that Russian bank cards do not work in Turkey, so for the reservation I use the card of a relative living in Europe and all issues were promptly resolved. Very steep stairs and no elevator. But the staff is always ready to help with luggage lifting

rooms were clean and celaned on regular basis staff were very very helpful and nice specially the land loard narrow rooms no lobbies if u like to spend time in hotels lobbies there was a problem with wifi but they managed to fix it for us which was great

Nothing They scammed me so many times. They charged me a whole night for staying 2 hours over the check out time, refusing to let me pay a smaller fee. They are greedy and scam tourists and let’s suppose you give them money in euros, they give you change in the local currency to trip you out. Disgusting hotel. There were flies. Lack of facilities. The rooms were tiny, the toilet so close to the bed, absolutely unhygienic.
