Staff was frinedly , food was good , location was excellent with metro very close , it was clean everyday I didnt like the space , even though I had economy room , , rooms could be a bit bigger or at least have more hangers for clothes , but you know... who goes to Istanbul for staying at the hotel ?

The hotel is very charming. The location is excellent — just 7–10 minutes to the promenade and the city’s most famous sights (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, and the Spice Bazaar). There are also tram and bus stops nearby if you want to travel further. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade for my birthday, which was a lovely gesture. My room (No. 624, named 'Topkapi Palace') was clean, comfortable, and perfect for one person, with a very nice interior design. The soundproofing is not the strongest, but honestly, the street noise didn’t bother me — it actually added some charm and made me feel like I was right in the heart of all the action. Breakfast was simple with a limited selection, but I never left hungry: vegetables, greens, some fruit, eggs, pastries, along with tea, coffee, and juices.

Great location! Staff is nice too and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent and also had some vegetarian options. Rooms were spacious, clean and all facilities were working fine. Well maintained property overall Should provide 1-2 free water bottles for each night stay. I was only provided bottles on my first night and then I requested more at the reception next day.

Very professional service from Hotel staff and management. Breakfast was very tasty with a broad selection. Location perfect , quiet but in walking distance of most attractions. Taxi ride to the airport excellent, great car and driver, good price and timely. Very clean and well run establishment

The hotel is very closed to the Galata bridge and within walking distance to some of the main attractions in Instanbul ( about 10/15 minuted walk to blue mosque, gran bazaar and so on) This is advertised as a 4 stars hotel, however I dont think it is. The hotel is clean, but the facilities seem to be stuck in the 1980s. The furniture and overall decor of the rooms is outdated! The bathrooms are functional and a bit more modern( imagine a 2000s bathroom). There are very small tvs in the room and there are a lot of touches ups that could be made to make the place better looking. Their lift only fits about 2 people and is very slow. Also, the hotel advertises that they have their own restaurant etc. But there isn't an option for room service. The included breakfast is ok, but the options are very limited! It's in a buffet style, and it includes mostly cheese and only Turkish style food! If you are European/ English, you don't have the option of eggs and so on.

The hotel is lovely, staff are amazing and friendly. The location is the best thing about the hotel very close to shops, haggia sophia and topkapi palace is a short walk. Many restaurants just a few steps from front door and markets are close as well. The ferry port and river is only about a 15 minute walk. The hotel is kept very clean by the cleaners who are very attentive leaving fresh towels every day and checking room over. The size of room was far too small for me and my husband . Not enough storage space either. If we go back I will definitely make sure the room is bigger.

Great staff and service. Staff always available to help. Great location to centre of Istanbul. Lovely buffet Turkish breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday. My 2nd time choosing to stay here
