Excellent service throughout our stay. Friendly. Staff and always at hand to help with any issues Noise from the restaurants just opposite the hotel at night which kept up awake until quite late on occasions

Very good and quick respond from reception at making reservation. They are also very helpful during staying. But absolutelly BEST is location. Near Grand Bazar, enough small stores and cheap places to eat nearby. Great value for the price. Breakfast could be better, but it's not too bad.

The location was good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room size was good. The room temperature was ok. Not too much noise coming from outside. The area was safe and not far from Grand Bazaar and the Tram station. There are a couple of Corner shop near by which is handy for buying water etc. Shampoo and body cream was provided and hairdryer be it very basic. 15 mins walk to Sultanamed area. Lots of places to eat near by. Lots of shops on the main street near by. A safe was available. Kettle and paper cups was provided but did not come as standard. No tea/coffee was provided in room. The hotel was Covid safe. 24hr receptions. Cleanliness: The decore was old and the room was not very clean. The room was not clean everyday although we had enough towel use. Tha bathroom was dark and dirty with moulds on the floor, the wall and around the toilet. and not enough ventilation. Toilet seat not stable ( need replacing).The toilet was in a very tight/narrow spot which makes it difficult to use. Had to let tap running for a while before getting hot water. The bathroom is old and In need a complete renovation. Corridor very dark with light sensor. Breakfast was very very basic, no fried eggs /baked beans, not toaster. Omletts cost one Euro extra. Fruit juice cost one Euro. Squash were available.
