The location. The property accepts only cash, even do you book through Booking and add your credit card details, and on the reservation says that you can pay with visa or Mastercard, they won’t accept it, so then I had to withdraw cash and end up paying 30 pounds more due to taxes and withdraw fees. I even called Booking but no one could help. P.S: This was our first time visiting Turkey, we did know much about it, but the receptionist said that everyone knows that in Istanbul everyone should care cash, so be aware about that.

I stayed for a week in the Belmond hotel it was a very nice place, I strongly recommend it , the staff was very welcoming, the localisation was great its near the metro station and the tram station, the breakfast was awesome, the rooms were clean the only bad thing was that i had to sleep 2 nights in another room because my first room that i reserved wasnt clean yet,otherwise everything was perfect, special thanks to Mohamed.
