The staff was very friendly The picture showing the exterior of the hotel here on Booking is not true. In reality it looks different, it resulted in us having a problem to find the hotel and it was very stressful. Also, the room was not clean and it seemed kind of unsafe. We had to find another hotel the same day. Bad experience for a first trip to Istanbul.

I highly apprethe quality of service. At the reception the lady from Algérie was super helpful. After a long flight from New York she let me check in early. Customer service was au tendez-vous

Rooms could do with a refurbishment, they were ok but I also wouldn't say they were nice. The mattress was super hard too.

Location is ideal. Very near to Grand bazaar. Bathroom are too small. And Standard double rooms are also not very spacious. AC and Fridge were working but not in perfect condition. Breakfast was below average. Basic omelet was not available in buffet, only could be ordered with extra payment.

Honestly it was really decent. Of course it wasn’t a 5-star hotel but it’s exactly what we expected and the service is exceptional - and so kind and genuine! Would stay here again. ❤️

2nd time staying here. My go to for Istanbul. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. Big water provided daily. Large size bath products ease of use. Iron and fan proved at request. Location is great. 5 min from grand bazaar and metro 15 .min from blue mosque.

Very close to d bazaar and clean Staff at the breakfast are the worst l have ever seen. We went in groups 3 families. On the 3rd day of our stay, one of our colleagues wife had a dental surgery and was sick. She couldn’t attend breakfast, her husband want to get hot cereal for her in the room and he was prevented. All pleas went on deaf ears. He explained to them her wife was sick and they wouldn’t listen. He requested to talk to their manager and the manager also refused. No empathy, they all appeared to be be racist. The reception staff are excellent

There was two guys at front desk told me they are also friends, guide me very well about everything before check inn. A bit noisy even after midnight and early in the morning, I thinks it's because of the hotel in the middle of market/bazar but it could be managed if the windows fixed properly.

The location is excellent! You can easily walk to the tram station, the Grand Bazaar, and the vibrant food street. It was truly the best choice for us. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. They even upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful view, which made our stay even more special. The bathroom could have been better, but it wasn’t a major issue.

The staff was so kind they offer us a room upgrade the next day because we booked a standard room and we are a family with a kid and a baby. Special big up to yousra at the reception she was too kind and offer help whenever we ask with a big smile :) Our room was clean carefully every day. The fourniture at the restaurant is a bit old Breakfast was somehow boring same things for 5 days The photo from the outside belongs to the Ahc hotel of the old town and not grand bazar which was surprising for me because the fotos should reflect the hotel you booked in not the whole chain.
