Bestur Hotel

The breakfast was good. The location was great. Fantastic restaurants very close. The staff was friendly. The bathroom could have used a cleaning.

Benjamin the owner of this hotel is really kind and hospital. He responded to all inquiries fast and efficiently. The hotel is near to all old city sightings (walking distance) and you can also easy access Taksim square by metro.

Hotel Bestur staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyong in every way they could. Khalil and Hussein were always smiling and used to help with heating up milk for my son. Also location is 10/10. Walking distance to Grand Bazaar and the mosques. Soo many shops very close by. Perfect Location. Thank you soo much. Nothing (everything was amazing, nice and warm rooms, friendly staff, great location!)

Superb

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Even went above and beyond to come and meet us on foot when our taxi driver couldn't find the property. Room was nice, clean and quiet during our stay and air con worked well, as well as good WiFi in our room on the 5th floor. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice and served until 10:30 for those of us who like a lazy morning. Location is great for lots of shops and not too far to walk to many tourist spots in the area. Very close to public transport options, although we chose to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again No kettle or tea/coffee making facility in the room. No options for blankets on the bed, even just a little thin one would've been nice.

Frendly staff. Benjamin is a very good and helpfull person. Small rooms, towels and lingerie very old and very used, broken door,very dirt. Old furniture,broken. I don t know why it has a big note on booking the pictures are far away from reality.

The location is excellent. The staff was one of the best I have ever seen in my life.

My family (2 adults & 2 kids) and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bestur Hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Benjamin, the owner, and his team were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They go above and beyond. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and our room was cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend Bestur Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul! We will be back! Thankyou! -Everything was Fabulous!

Excellent location. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. A varied breakfast. A big advantage of the open lobby on the first floor where you can spend time. recommend

Location is ideal close to tram and grand bazar. The breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. I really enjoyed staying there for 5 nights. Cleaning was not very good.

Benjamin and the staff were super hospitable. Good breakfast. Fantastic location, steps away from Grand bazar and tramway station. Two stations away from Hagia Sofia, or short walk if you prefer walking.

At Hotel Bestur, I found the staff friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby beautiful attractions and amenities and Trams. Overall, I had a good stay at Hotel Bestur and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area given that It’s relatively cheaper as well.
