Good central location Friendly owner Nothing was bad. The wires of the hair dryer should be replaced. The room was a bit small but you get value for your money.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful. Whatever time you go to them they are ready to help. Near the tram station. Location was excellent. The room was very very small to accommodate. The pictures on Booking.com gave an impression that it is a big room whereas it wansnt. I would say the room was enough for two persons only.. whereas we were 5. No cupboards. No place for luggage. Breakfast was very simple and just OK.

Excellent balance between price and quality. The hotel is situated near the most of the visiting attractions. The personel is extremly nice and helpful, special thanks to Mr. Adem. The rooms are very clean: the lady came every day during our staying. Hopefully, we will return again.

The Reception guy changed my room for last 2 days salute to him The food ... İ stayed for 5 days in surrya and the food was kinda dead i means its all the same for whole 5 days! İ was praying for chicken nugget but nope all they had like main things was Potatoes and Pepperoni in some kinda soup plus the orange Juice tastes like beer and the machine that you pour with it i mean bro wtf the Juice touches the handle god knows how many hands touch that handle every day... İ mean Look at Eyfel hotel Near this one... They are 3 star just like you guys and they do way wayy better than Surrya l this will be my first and last time to Book Surrya

Great staff at front desk; good breakfast selectıon and freshness; excellent location; terrible for noise and lack of privacy (walls are paper thin); housekeeping and maintenance staff loud and noisy from 8AM through the day; elevator keeps getting stuck between floors; newly renovated washroom very nice; See above comments

Location was in heart of Istanbul, nearby to famous touristic attraction. The staff was friendly. The view of the city from terrace was quite good. Room was cozy and clean. Overall satisfied and value to money, could not try their Cruise offer due to time, but surely next time. The only issue I faced was with washroom sleeper, although they provided one but not the proper one. It was disposable one like made of cloth or paper.
