HOTEL ÜMİT YENİKAPI

It is very close to the city centre. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They organized a room for me even though I arrived a bit too early. Also, they parked my car right in front of the hotel, which helped a lot. I felt that things were takrn care of so I could just enjoy my trip. I could leave my car worry-free there and use the nearby Metro stations to go to the city. Another advantage is that they had a washing machine that I could use. This is great if you stay for more than a few days.

Wonderful staff. Luqman is extremely nice guy price is genuine. It’s a good decent hotel with all site seeking places nearby and tram station and metro on walking distance. Perfect low budget hotel

spacious room with coastal views (including dockyard mess and railway.) There is a simple kitchen in the basement so we can cook. A fridge inside the room and Yenikapi is only a few minutes walk (there is a over highway walking bridge) to the station side (easy to miss for the first timers). Money changers with the best rate nearby (as Aksaray is close enough) so tram train to Sultanahmet is only several stops. Taksim is only several stop from Yenikapi as well (M2). This hotel is excellent but Like any other hotels in Turkey, a lot of smokers stay as well and the smell of cigarette during the evening and night is overwhelming sometimes although all the windows were shut. There are a lot of chain smokers and somehow smoke gets into the bedroom although they smoke near the windows.

Good hotel on a good location. Staff was nice and it was clean. They provided a parking place. No complaints.

The room was cleaned and well arranged. Property staff was good in dealing and check out tine. The location was good. Welcome chocolate was a good gesture of receiving us. Wc is a bit lower than usual. Sometimes head stuck in the roof. Dressings items were inadequate.

Everything was really good, especially the staff. Elvin is the one who helped to check in and check out, always made sure that the guests are happy. I am very grateful to him for taking the extra step to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location is great, I loved the walk to all the points of interest in the old town. The facilities are also fine, the room had everything I needed and it had a very comfortable bed. I definitely recommend staying at this place, it is absolutely worth the price ! Everything was wonderful.

Should respect wamen , avoiding invitations for dinner or money,entering in the room without permission mocking at the door late night asking if there is any thing…

The location, near bus and metro station, many restaurants nearby, some grocery shops. There’s shared kitchen .

The room was next to the reception, and the songs and people's voices were annoying The street noise is annoying The bathroom next to my room makes an annoying sound when the water tap is turned on I booked for three days, but there was one day left and I changed the hotel
