The hotel is slightly old, but very clean and tidy. Elevator is super fast, breakfast is good, staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location! Nothing I didn’t particularly like.

This hotel is in a very nice location (a little noisy at night), close to tourist attractions (less than 30 minutes walk). Most of the staff were so nice and friendly, and the room was clean. The hotel was exactly like the photos on booking.com. Bad behavior will ruin everything, even small things! When we book, we count on the hospitality; however, the hotel was a little stingy with its guests. Sometimes you could smell weird smells inside the room (smoke, etc).

However, the prices are relatively high considering that the quality of service has declined. Breakfast used to be much better and more varied during my previous stays. This time, I experienced a lot of noise from the neighboring room due to poor sound insulation. Additionally, the key card didn’t work properly, and I had to go to the reception several times a day to fix it.

The facility was cute. It felt a bit older but the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially the morning staff for breakfast. Breakfast was also pretty good for the price. Location was probably the best part of this hotel. Price is great for this stay. The facility looked older and the indoor pool looked a bit unclean but it was probably due to not being renovated. The elevator took forever to get but overall it was fine. Outdoor pool also closes way too early. Sun was still out and the outdoor pool closed maybe 3 hours prior to the sun going down.

I would like more variation in the dinner and would love to try more turkish food like dolma for example. TV had only turkish channels. The swimming pool is too small. The internet was a bit weak.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff is not only friendly but very professional and helpful in everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Lots of places to eat in the area. Nothing I can think of

Lovely hotel in a great location with a marvellous garden restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The one thing I did not like about the hotel was that their lovely roof top pool closed at 6 o'clock in the evening, far too early. Most people who visit Istanbul, are there for sightseeing or business and so will be finishing their sightseeing or business at 5.30 to 6.00pm and then would like a swim. In the summer months the pool should be open until 8pm.
