The outside pools looks nice. Not a good value for the price. The roads in front of the hotel makes noise - cars and honking all night. Poor breakfast. Basic wellness. Uncomfortable bedding - artificial feeling, not good quality cotton. They don’t want to give you an invoice with company details if you book through your Booking account. Location is also bad, busy roads in front of the hotel, hard to get taxi.

My stay was a superbly pleasant experience; well exceeded my expectations from this hotel. Entire staff was amazing, especially those in the restaurant.. Lovely breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable bedding and quality toiletry. The location is perfect for those who likes to access the facilities and business on the Asian side. The speed of the wifi in the room could be better. Nothing else..

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. After returning to my room around 9:30 PM in the midst of Istanbul's winter, I found it unbearably cold—even though the heater was on. The maintenance team arrived and set up a makeshift workspace in the middle of the room, complete with ladders and tools, and worked for about 30 minutes right there in my room—it was surreal. When I asked for a room change, I was shown another room with the exact same issue: freezing temperatures and no resolution in sight. I had booked for two nights but was forced to leave after the first night due to the uncomfortable conditions. The staff were unhelpful and even rude, showing no apology or willingness to make things right. Overall, my experience was far below expectations.

The hotel was clean, and the location was convenient for my medical procedure. The advertised EV charging station was inaccessible to non-Turkish guests, staff provided false or unhelpful information about alternatives, and I faced significant inconvenience and stress during my medical procedure critical time. Additionally, an inappropriate encounter of my wife (sexual harassment) in the garage made the experience worse. I highly recommend Melas Hotel İstanbul instead for its excellent service, food, and EV-friendly facilities.
