Staff was relly helpful

The kitchen and reception staff are very accommodating. It is also worth noting that there’s a guy called Mohamed (apologies if I didn’t spell his name correctly) he is super helpful - he made our stay enjoyable, literally our unofficial tour guide around transportation and visiting places of attraction, we rate him 15/10 Our bed was not so great, they had combined 2 single beds and one mattress was in good shape and the other in bad shape, that was not pleasant

I had a wonderful stay at Istanbul Midpoint Hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was basic but passable Front desk person Mohammet was excellent. Well mannered, courteous and efficient. He clearly stands out.

The hotel is in a good location This was one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The cleaning staff left a tightly closed water bottle in my room that contained clear cleaning chemicals. Believing it was water, I drank some of it and immediately felt severe burning in my throat and stomach. The pain was excruciating and frightening. I went down to reception to ask what was in the bottle. Instead of taking the situation seriously, the front desk staff called the cleaning staff and was laughing while speaking with her. I asked to speak to the manager, expecting support in what was clearly a medical and safety emergency. The manager was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Rather than showing concern, he insulted me, threatened to call the police, refused to issue a refund, and claimed that I may have drunk my own perfume. He then went further and said that “particles” of perfume could have fallen into the bottle when I sprayed it. This was an absurd and dismissive attempt to shift blame during a serious safety incident. Due to how unsafe I felt, I chose to leave the hotel. At that time, I was told my money would be refunded to my credit card. The following day, they texted me telling me to come pick up my refund instead. Because of ongoing safety concerns and their changing stories, I did not return and requested that the refund be processed back to my credit card as promised. To date, I have still not received that refund. The lack of accountability, empathy, and concern for guest safety is alarming. I would strongly caution others before staying here.

I had a great stay at Istanbul Midpoint Hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Istanbul.

Good value

Loved the location. Right by a tram stop, which was convenient. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea in the room. Cleaning staff was very nice. Front desk staff was responsive. The person who checked us in was really nice. There was one staff member who was not as friendly. The view from the balcony was great. Air conditioner and fan kept going out. Had to have it reset about 5 times and ut was out again when we left.

A good place in the center of every thing TRAM - METRO -BUSES All the transportation available Also you can walk to FATIH AREA in like 20mins to reach hagia sophia Staff very very friendly especially MOHAMED the receptionist In fact all of the staff smiles to all guests Deal with love Near to good Turkish restaurants

We had an exceptional stay at Istanbul Midpoint Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and professional. A special thank you to the chef and the kitchen team — the buffet was outstanding, with delicious and varied options. Their attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back! Nothing

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is really great

Breakfasts Standard room spaces and the continuous smell of cigarette smoke that enters the room if you open the window supposedly for ventilation.

The only thing that was actually good was the location Well, the staff at the front desk were rude and not helpful - asking for all payment in advance and refusing to provide us a second room key. They didn’t want to make a call for us to a Hammam we had chosen but instead tried to convince us to go to one they knew of. The breakfast was awful - no fiber, no fruit, no protein, only sweets and salads. The hotel informed us after the deadline for cancellation that it was cash only for payment. Money was stolen from the in room safe ( which we didn’t realize until we returned because it was a different currency). The front desk staff informed us they would not allow us to leave until they had checked our room to confirm it was not damaged and would not book an airport shuttle which we requested until we paid in full. The shuttle driver then asked for an additional payment to take a faster route to the airport and we had no choice but to pay or miss our flight

Staff was excellent and very helpful in storing some luggage for us as we were leaving and will be back in a couple of days.

Great hotel, stuff and location.

The Location of the property is excellent, it is near to many restaurants and mosques. It’s 30 minutes walk from Ayasofya and The blue mosque. Looks like a brand new hotel . Housekeeping was good and they upgraded my room to a city view deluxe for free . Thanks to all the staff and I appreciate their hospitality. They had everything except Iron and iron board I missed it.
