Staff friendly. Location good for accessing transport hubs. Different dishes every morning for breakfast. Value for money. Undergoing renovations and so noisy during the day. Communal areas dusty and scruffy. Roof terrace not accessible due to construction works. Indoor pool very cold. Room not cleaned properly and smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The stay was overall great, the location was very convenient, metro, tram, Marmaray and bus stop towards the airport were near the hotel 2-7 minutes of walking. Also there were restaurants near, McDonald's and kfc, shops and ATMs. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice, giving us water and tea when we arrived at the hotel after a long travel day. Because it was late September, the outdoor pool was quite cold and couldn't be used. Also the hotel was renovating, therefore we didn't get a chance to use the spa and the indoor pool. The breakfast was repetitive and the food was sometimes from the day before but it was diverse, cereal, salads, etc with both sweet and savory items.

The location was great, neat so many shops and means of travel but on a noisy street the double glazing worked well. Swimming pool was a nice addition. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the shower and they sorted super quickly. There was building works happening which wasn’t too disruptive but early in the morning was not necessary. The walls are quite thin so could hear neighbours conversations if they were load. The fitness centre was diabolical, just an old treadmill and cycle.

The receptionist (Named Ahmet) was very kind and helpful. Quickly accommodated whatever extras we needed, and all the other reception staff were helpful too. We were given an upgraded room as well. We didn't have a kettle or cups in our room, and they saw too it that we had some. The lady who did the housekeeping was very kind and extremely helpful as well as polite. The location is pretty good being in Fatih, The main Bazaars are a brisk walk away. There are tram lines right across the road if you need to get anywhere. Decent shops are right outside the hotel as well. Breakfast was alright too. Sauna and Steam room were good. Pool was a bit cold, took some getting used too. Other than that pretty good.
