Location was great, staff is very helpful End of October and the Air Conditioning was shut off for the season.

The breakfast options are very little. There are no USB plugs in the room and result you are forced to buy an adapter from the market.

The location, cleanliness, comfort! The food, the noise as our room was above the restaurant and the fact that we got a double room and an extra bed, not a triple room as the third bed was a baby extra folding bed! And no balcony and the prices for food through the roof!

The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a broad variety of hot and cold foods. Staff were polite, attentive and helpful. Our room was nicely furnished. The location was excellent, easy to walk or catch the tram to historic locations, restaurants. The large shower head spurted water above the screen, wet the toilet paper and everything on the vanity. We used the hand shower head instead.

I would first like to praise all the staff at Kent Hotel, especially Engin, Dogukon, Ibrahim and front office manager Huseyin. I hope I remembered their names correctly. They were very patient and did their best to help in every way possible. The hotel is in an excellent location, very clean, with towels and bed linen changed daily. The breakfast is excellent, and I have attached some photos. The only small issue for me was that the mattresses were a bit firm in stucture. However, they are definitely new.
