It was close to our activity The smell in the rooms..furniture broken, They didn't know about our included breakfast.. they sent us to another hotel for that..it's a one star from us..?

Nothing. My experience at this hotel was a complete nightmare. At the reception, there were two men who simply asked for my confirmation number without checking my passport or providing any information about my room’s floor or the breakfast time. They just handed me the keys, and that was it. I had to ask several times which floor my room was on, but one of them didn’t understand English. It was only on the third attempt that he finally signaled the number 3 with his hands. When I entered the room, I found it dirty, the sheets and towels were not clean. I left my luggage there and went out to eat at a nearby restaurant. About an hour later, when I returned to the hotel, I was met with a shocking scene: a fight had broken out in the reception between the hotel staff and some men. I didn’t feel safe, especially since the entire hotel seemed to be occupied only by men who were unprofessional. I immediately went up to my room, grabbed my belongings, and decided to leave. As I exited, I handed the keys back to the receptionist and told him I didn’t want to stay. He simply replied, “OK.” I then called a taxi and went to another hotel.

Unfortunately, the behaviour of the staff was not good at all, the room facilities were very bad, the walls are so thin that you can hear the sound and you don't have peace at all, unfortunately, it is not suitable for a family, and the breakfast was really awful, and finally, the photos are different from the rooms. They delayed us until 2 o'clock in the morning to give us the room we reserved, and before our insistence, they tried to satisfy us with other rooms, and if we didn't insist, they would have given us a shingle room for three people.
