Kuzen Otel - Adults Only

Proximity to public transportation. We were given a room on the fifth floor, but the elevator was broken. We were told that it would be fixed the day after our arrival, so we decided to stay. Then the next day we were told that it wouldn’t be repaired for another 5 days. We left 2 days early to find a better place to stay in.

Room was clean and nice. Beds were separated but they put them togeter in no time. the stret was busy with young people going -in-and out from near establishments. Orange in the breakfast was surprisingly good. We enjy staying there so much next time instead of Arnavut Koy we will stay in Kadikoy, thanks to Kuzen hotel made us hange our mind. The reception desk area gave us the wrong impression; nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. Special thanks to Miss Nimet Hanim; she was wonderful.

The location of this property was amazing! Lots of shops and cafes. Staff was super friendly! Since it was on a busy street, it was loud.

The location is very convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was confortable. Facilities, simply like an elevator, do not exist. For the money I paid, I believe I deserve better quality stay. I stayed many times in istanbul in much better places for a similar amount.

The room itself is fine for the price. Staff was friendly. Good location. Close to the M4 station to go to the SAW airport. This place is on top of a bar. Music and loud people until well after 3 AM. Had to be up at 6am to catch a flight. Did not get a good night's sleep.

Although this is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not allowed in the rooms, the downstairs door is connected to the restaurant and is left open. As a result, smoke from people smoking downstairs drifts up to the upper floors. The ventilation in the room is also connected to the hallway, so my room is filled with the smell of smoke. I specifically chose this hotel because it was advertised as non-smoking. Additionally, the air conditioning only blows hot air, and the blanket provided was just a thin towel, which is unacceptable for a three-star hotel. As for breakfast, I was served a pre-set plate without even being asked what I wanted, with no consideration for whether the guest actually eats those items. I noticed many guests only took a few bites before leaving. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Location is good, close to the ferry and metro. From the price value perspective, it is recommended. Breakfast is not the best

Great location. In the center of the old eastern part of Istanbul. Metro and ferry stop in 5 minutes. Very convenient to get to Sabiha Airport. If you wanted to walk on the other side, then also not a problem (thanks to the Istanbul ferry service). There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. There is where to walk. It was a liitle bit cool in the room.
