The receptionist, Uur, was such a great guy, who made our stay as pleasant as he possibly could. We will definitely come back. Nothing really

However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Additionally, the residence only has one bathroom, which can be inconvenient for larger groups.

The aparthotel has 24/7 reception and it is close to metro and bus. The personnel is kind and helpful. They helped us with reservations for parking, it's private, not owned by the hotel. Next to the location there's a Migros (a store with basically anything you need). The rooms were nice and big enough, comfortable bedsheets. There is heating and hot water all the time, a plus for us, having our stay at the beginning of January. The kitchen had all the utensils you might need. Our apartment didn't have a microwave, but there was an electric oven that we used instead.

Location was great for me. I asked the staff for a knife and water and it was given. The flat has very old furniture. If you want to use the dishwasher or the washing machine you have to buy your own detergent and cloth (for manual washing). The kitchen utensils are very limited. I only had one pan and no mugs available. No microwave or freezer. Only has one mini fridge. The room was not clean for the 7 days I was there, though that did not bothered me. The mosque near made me awake every day at 6:30am.

Good value for money. Comfortable location. The room they gave us at first was filled with cigarette smell. However, the receptionist was pretty kind and friendly and replaced our room with a deluxe room, which was quiet and very clean.

The room was a good size and in a reasonably central location for getting around with good transport links. WiFi worked well, as did the air conditioning. The staff were friendly, but did not give enough information at check in for us to make the most of our stay. The “well equipped “ kitchen was lacking in many respects, which made it almost impossible to make even a simple breakfast. There was no housekeeping (not even a bin emptied, bearing in mind that toilet paper has to be out in the bin, not the toilet) for our whole stay despite being on the listing and praised highly in reviews)When we mentioned it on our last day, we were told that we had to expressly ask for housekeeping services . If that is the case, it should be stated at check in. The card machine was not working for most of our stay, so at one point they asked me whether I could pay the bill in cash! Many of the amenities listed were not in the room. We asked for a toaster, but it was never given, when we queried it, we were told that they didn’t have one.

Our room was far from ideal. The sunlight was insufficient, the internet was unstable, and it wasn’t comfortable enough to work in. There was no suitable desk or chairs. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and the fridge was too small and weak.

The location of the residence was perfect easy access to most important places and locations to visit, the property was clean and the staff very friendly and good customer service

Die Unterkunft befand sich in einer Nachbarschaft, in der nicht einmal Taxis vor der Tür halten konnten. Es gab vier Betten und ein Sofa, das zu klein zum Schlafen war. Während der gesamten Woche wurde die Wohnung nur einmal gereinigt. Rauchen war nicht erlaubt, und es gab lediglich zwei Stühle vor dem Haus, um draußen zu sitzen und zu rauchen.
