The room matched the photos. It was on the top floor with a decent view. The kitchen was fine, though I would have appreciated a coffee pot and a few more utensils. The reception staff were polite, and they promptly fixed the issue with the safe lock. The internet was very weak and appeared to have configuration issues—we even observed duplicate responses during ping tests. I had to rely on my phone hotspot most of the time. The electricity frequently cut in and out during our stay. The worst was at night, when the heating would turn off due to outages, forcing me to wake up to turn it back on. The single bed was uncomfortable; it sagged significantly, conforming to the body and giving a feeling of rolling inward. The windows were also not clean from the outside—especially the sections that open—making the view quite blurry.

Calm, quite, air conditioning, lighting, the water temperature is perfect no need to adjust each min, ventilation in the bathroom is good and never smells bad and it is very clean, i would definitely book again here in the future Electricity goes off when you leave, which means you can not charge laptop or phone while you are out, but I guess this for safty reasons,

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was great, the aircon worked like a charm, and the little kitchen was functional enough The room was clean, but a bit run-down. A shower broke down in the room; we had to move to a different room which was similarly clean, but also run-down. The kitchen didn't have oil or salt or pepper.

The staff are super friendly and they upgraded us to a bigger room for free. The room we stayed in was super spacious and the managers in hotel are very helpful and nice The furniture is a bit old and the cleaners clean on a very high level way. There was a bit of a smell that we didn’t like. Please add that its a 5-7 minute walk from Nisantasi streets
