Mr. Beyaz Hotel is centrally located in the Osmanbey district. It's convenient to get to any place you want to visit. You will get a good room for a reasonable price. I'd like to especially thank the manager Mrs, Tuba for the kind and helpful assistance during my stay in Istanbul.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, Tuba the manager is really nice as well! It was worth the money Nothing a big deal but the room was tiny - so next time i would make book a larger room.

Location The service is poor, They don’t offer solutions that satisfy the customer; they only provide solutions that suit themselves. The room is not clean. The AC was blowing hot air.

Friendly and welcoming staff, particularly the lady working most mornings :) Clean hotel. Good provisions (coffee, water bottles in the room, kettle, etc). Good location close to center. All was very nice. Excellent value to price. I certainly recommend this nice hotel. All was good.

I liked the warm reception and the professionalism.of staff at the reception , desk, particularly Miss Seray. She makes you feel at home. It's a wonderful place to stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Istanbul. It's value for money and offers fantastic customer service. Slightly far from the main street. But might be an advantage--- less noise.

Nothing it was The worst thing experience I ever had ?????????????? The most important thing was the treatment of the hotel staff, which was very, very bad. I still can't believe it, it was the ugliest treatment I've ever seen in my life. I saw a hotel staff that I paid money to keep me safe and quiet, but they allowed themselves to treat me like a wild animal. That woman used to be a stable manager and she deserves to be a stable manager

The room was really comfortable and so quiet and the staff were great. I really liked the location, very close to Nisantasi district and easy to get around. The general manager Tugba was amazing. So helpful and friendly. She upgraded my room for free and when I had a problem with my SIM card she spent ages on the phone trying to solve the problem. She was always there with a smile and made my stay extra special. Everything was great

Its very clean and i like the hotel staff Not sure about location its inside residential area not close to main streets. Hotel was so cold! I complained about it during stay , i was informed that they would check but at night i was super cold even under cover! I got flu immediately next few days was horrible for me especially when i have only few days for vacation
