Mr Beyaz Butik Hotel

The restaurant staff did not smile and their communication with the hotel guests was poor. There was very little bread and in the nine days I stayed at the hotel I was only able to eat simit bread three times. Overall, the attention to recharging bread and other food in the restaurant was very poor.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hôtel est très élégant et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et le mobilier est tout neuf. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié. Nous sommes très satisfaits de tous les aspects de notre séjour. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Very disappointing stay. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel has such a high rating. The rooms are extremely small and not as comfortable as expected. The breakfast was exactly the same every single day, with very little variety. What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy from the staff. I was recovering from surgery and feeling unwell, yet I was not allowed to take my breakfast to my room, even for medical reasons. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no understanding of my situation. Overall, the service did not match the hotel’s reputation. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Mr. Beyaz Hotel is centrally located in the Osmanbey district. It's convenient to get to any place you want to visit. You will get a good room for a reasonable price. I'd like to especially thank the manager Mrs, Tuba for the kind and helpful assistance during my stay in Istanbul.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, Tuba the manager is really nice as well! It was worth the money Nothing a big deal but the room was tiny - so next time i would make book a larger room.

Location The service is poor, They don’t offer solutions that satisfy the customer; they only provide solutions that suit themselves. The room is not clean. The AC was blowing hot air.

Friendly and welcoming staff, particularly the lady working most mornings :) Clean hotel. Good provisions (coffee, water bottles in the room, kettle, etc). Good location close to center. All was very nice. Excellent value to price. I certainly recommend this nice hotel. All was good.

I liked the warm reception and the professionalism.of staff at the reception , desk, particularly Miss Seray. She makes you feel at home. It's a wonderful place to stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Istanbul. It's value for money and offers fantastic customer service. Slightly far from the main street. But might be an advantage--- less noise.
