Booking .com not truth any more

The hotel is very clean. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood but not far from all the shops. The room was excellent just like in the photos except for the balcony. The balcony is big with good outdoor furniture but not as in the picture. I would like to thank Mr. Adem who helped us with our luggage. He was very helpful and kind.

Hands down the best breakfast in Istanbul. I didn't like the fact that my room was not clean. I had the paint coming off in two places in the shower. It was rusted and had mold on it. Once the roaches started coming out of the sink, I was done that was my breaking point then when you call customer it goes to the hotel that you're staying at. How does that work the place I want to complain about is answering the call makes no sense. I felt that the room was nasty I tried to work with them, but I went to Radision hotel. Then I had to pay extra for visitor he made me pay in cash and would not give me a receipt after asking 10 times I feel they pocketed the cash it was 1400 Turkish lira

It was the worst experience we ever had. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED! 1. We booked a suite with spa hot tube, but it was broken, so we could not use it. There was coming way under it, so it was leaking. We reported it the first night but they were says that they fixed it but the didn’t every day, so we paid for that for nothing. 2. There was MOLD in the room so people that are allergic please reconsider booking through this property 3. The staff did not help me at all about these issues, did not provide another room for us to stay even if we requested it, and of course they did not accept refunding us anything. 4. It is mentioned rich breakfast but every day is the same served and you pay extra for the coffee, so it is not included in the price of the breakfast (something which is not mentioned)

Economy room is a nightmare

This was a great hotel! The staff was amazing. Burak, Serhat, and Adem were so friendly and they took great care of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nothing Respect to customers, they canceled my booking while traveling, just while reaching to their location without valid reason .. charging full before arrival although booking was payable on arrival and confirmed. Location is not easy to walk to, narrow and sloppy high

I had a wonderful two day stay there at the hotel. The room was very clean and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and always greetings with a smile and assist any request, the location is also very convenient with easy access to metro station and nearby shopping areas, making very convenient for getting around.

The hotel in good location and the best staff ever I have seen and hotel staff can arrange your tours across turkey. miss Bilge and Adam from the reception staff are amazing with outstanding nature. Everything is perfect .

The staff there are nice but not the managers All of the photos you see on booking are old pic the hotel need to be renovated its really bad ? . We asked them to give us a baby bed for our 3 months old baby they put for her a mattress its unprofessional . They don't check their emails . They forced me to pay 50 euro for a driver that I didn't get . And they refused to give us the receipt that contains the 50 euro.

Location is in a very narrow and not very clean street. A little bit off from the nice shopping area in nisantasi
