Valide Hotel

We really liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would especially like to thank Mr. Adem for his kindness and assistance.

Very uncomfortable and dirty

The only asset this hotel has its great staff members. They were caring and accommodating. Ergun was excellent. Also the lady ( manager ) assisted me in many aspects during my recent stay The room wasn't cleaned. I'm fact, I discovered on my day 2 of 3 day stay previous guest personal belongings ( underwear) in the bathrooms cabinet below the sink. Also it was dusty and the walls are so thin that I could hear all neighbor's conversations amd not only conversations. The breakfast was exactly the same every morning. I barely found anything to eat. Everything tasted bad ( may be with exception of cucumbers, cheese and tomatoes ) also the top floor has no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage from buffet area all the way up and down at check out.

It’s good Nothing

My experience at this hotel was not very good. The room was not cleaned daily, only when guests checked out completely. The breakfast was also very poor and not satisfying at all. Overall, I was disappointed with the service.

Excellent location near the subway. Friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast for the price. The room facing the street is a little bit noisy.

Building architecture is historical and nostalgic, we enjoy the the hotel area during our journey. Freezer isn’t working. We didnt ask any solutions regarding this case, on the othewise,, they can probably help us ???

Location is great in Nisantesi you have many shops and restaurants around. Beautiful neighbourhood. However room was so small and not clean they didn't clean the room properly at all. Breakfast is good. Not clean, they didn't clean the room properly.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and the breakfast is generous, delicious and has variety. The location is also good. They provide water, tea bags and a small refrigerator. There is a safe in the room as well. The rooms are very old and small, the wardrobe and cabinets have visible stains and wear & tears from the years of use (seem to be many). The street can get noisy at night and the prayer is very audible. The window is small and there is no view. There’s no chair or table in the room, the bathroom is very small and doesn’t have the overhead showerhead or adjustable lock for the hand-held head and there is mold in the bathroom walls. The sheets are torn at certain places (have holes in them) presumably from being washed too many times. I think this property is long due an upgrade.

It is near to everything and metro too, so convenient. The property is the same as in the picture.A bit old yet well-maintained. The shower head holder is a bit higher which is challenging.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. Good breakfast and great service. Highly recommend.
